Nov. 26 11:57 AM by Andrew Ramsey

If you thought we were done with the Holiday Buying Guide, you're dead wrong. We can't have a guide without mentioning the Wii and the PS3. GPArcade will show you all the games you need to have on your console to tide you over this holiday season. For those of you on a budget, no worries here since most of these titles are under $15.

PSN Must Have's

Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty A must have expansion to the already amazing series. This title takes place after Future Tools of Destruction and continues the story of Ratchets quest to hunt down clank. For $15 bucks you're getting a gorgeous expansion pack that will both satisfy you and get you geared up for another chapter in the series.

Wipeout HD Want a good racer with a future twist? Wipeout has always got your back and for $20 you get a lot for your money. With numerous tracks and tons of beats to jam too, this title is a must have for any PS3 owner. If you find the controls a little tough , just turn on the assist and you'll be winning in no time. Expect tons of DLC to come sooner than you think.

Warhawk - Although released last holiday season this title is still alive and well. With a few booster packs already on the market and a price drop as well, now is the time to start playing Warhawk. Supporting numerous weapons, maps and players for the easy price of $29.99.

Pixel Junk Eden Calm and soothing are the best words to describe this title. Moving from plant to plant collecting pollen to move farther up the garden may sound dull but that's not the case. Sporting a $9.99 price tag this is a must have for the holidays.

Siren: Blood Curse For all you horror fanatics out there, Siren is right up your alley. Following a TV crew who stumble upon a mysterious cult who that is plotting a scheme which you are now involved in. Following numerous characters you will unravel a mystery which takes you to hell and back. Buy the full game for $39.99 or split up into chapters for $15.99 each. This is a PSN exclusive that will not only creep you out but keep you entertained when indoors over the holiday.

Wii Virtual Console and Wiiware Must Have's

Mega Man 9 (WW) Sporting the best controls on the Wii, Mega Man 9 is a throwback to the 1980's and it still holds up. Sporting a brand new cast of villain robots as well as the first female robot, Mega Man is a wonderful addition to anyone's library. And at a $9 price tag, you will beg to have this on your Wii.

Secret of Mana (VC) An awesome RPG from the SNES era, SOM is an active-time RPG where the battles all occur in real time. Sporting three man co-op, this is great fun for RPG fans looking to play with friends. At only $8 this is a must to get you through the holiday after playing through your copy of Chrono Trigger DS.

Lost Winds (WW) One of the first WiiWare titles to hit the scene. Lost Winds is a side-scrolling adventure where you follow a young boy on a quest. He uses the wind to move him through tough and hard to get to places. At $10 this is a great deal for a nice, easy and fun game to play after a long day.

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (VC) If for some reason you passed up on quite possibly one of the greatest games of all time, Wii has got you covered. LOZ:OOT has so much to offer that it'd take a whole page to describe it all. Sporitng an engaging story and fun action and puzzles. This is a must have for any Wii owner at a paltry $10.

Tetris Party A nice twist on the original Tetris game. Supporting new visuals, co-op and an online multiplayer mode. This is a great game for the whole family to enjoy as well as for longtime Tetris fans. A few new modes spice up the traditional gameplay as well as keep the original core values of Tetris at heart. A $12 price tag sounds expensive for a game that's been around as long as Tetris but what is included in this package is well worth it.

It must suck to be a Wii owner this holiday season. Not many new worthwhile titles.

Well with the strong force being pushed into Wii fit and stuff. It seems nintendo doesn't care about the arcade market yet. Virtual Console is growing but these are old news nothing special here and until we start getting final fantasy games or some other classics that are hard to come by wii wont be a arcade contender for awhile.
