Rolling Stone magazine has called Locksley one of the "25 Best Bands on MySpace". I'm not exactly sure what that means, I'm more of a Facebook guy, but evidently its a compliment. I've never heard of Locksley either, my first thought was Kevin Costner was forming a band named after his character in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. Either way gamers will soon be able to download three Locksley tunes.

Harmonix and MTV Games announced today the addition of up and coming rock band Locksley to the Rock Band" Music Store catalog of downloadable content. Recognized by Rolling Stone as one of the "25 Best Bands on MySpace," the Brooklyn-based Locksley contributes a 3-pack of songs from their 2007 album Don't Make Me Wait including title track "Don't Make Me Wait," "All Over Again," and "She Does."Each track will be available for $.99 per track (80 Microsoft Points) for one month or the 3-pack for $2.99 (240 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360) for one month. Prices good until October 29, 2008, when they return to the regular price point of $1.99 (160 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360) per track or the 3-pack for $5.49 (440 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360).
